Return policies: 1- Cancel the order and refund the full amount before confirming and preparing the order. 2- The amount of excluded products from the return will be deducted if the order has been prepared. 3- The shipping cost and the amount of excluded products from the return will be deducted if a shipping policy has been issued or delivered to the delivery agent.
